I wish I could’ve said
But never did.
If I ask you
“Is true love even real?”

You don’t reply
I just wish your love
For her wasn’t dead.
I told myself to
Be strong and hold on
But when I looked at your
Wedding pictures I couldn’t help
But break down and cry.
Please tell me, what went wrong?
Why did your love end when
It always seemed so strong?
Is true love even real?
What do I have to hope for?
